Set for delivery in the fall of 2022, Custom Line’s new project, the 140 is the result of the collaboration of the Product Strategy Committee led by Mr. Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering department. The largest yacht built by the brand has a “profoundly sporty aesthetic” and with its high speed displacement hull it has a top speed of 21.5 knots. Inspired by residential architecture, the Custom Line 140 features interior stylings by the team of Francesco Paszkowski Design, Margherita Casprini and the Custom Line Atelier. The 140 and it’s three spacious decks has 5 cabins including a 30 square meter full beam master suite on the main deck. The 4 rooms on the lower deck include 3 VIP cabins and a guest cabin with twin beds. The crew area consists of 3 double cabins, all with their own bathrooms on the lower deck with a separate captains cabin on the upper deck. The large sun deck on the 140, mainly set with freestanding furniture also features a hydro massage tub with panoramic views with a Bimini option available sheltering the space from the sun. Below deck, the twin 2638 HP MTU M96L surprising run very quiet due to the “detailed mathematical analysis of each noise source” as they implemented floating systems, special materials and extra insulation in each bulkhead.
